Falany & Hulse Office Policies
Our women's medical practice believes in offering excellence not only in women's health care, but also in scheduling and billing. Each of our OB-GYN offices in Canton and East Ellijay has a knowledgeable and courteous staff to receive all phone calls and who will direct you to office scheduling, billing, and surgery scheduling. Prescription refills and medical questions are routed directly to our clinical staff for prompt response.

Falany & Hulse Women's Center accepts most insurance plans, but we strongly encourage you to call the toll-free customer service number on your insurance ID card to verify that Falany & Hulse is a network provider.

All applicable co-pays are due at time of service. Planned surgeries will be authorized with your insurance plan by our office, and we'll notify you of any deductible and/or co-insurance amounts due. Falany & Hulse Women's Center accepts checks, cash, and all major credit cards. If you are uninsured, we also offer self-pay discounted rates. As a courtesy, statements are mailed once a month if you have a balance due.

We provide telephone appointment reminders to confirm your date and time with one of our three Falany & Hulse Women's Center offices. On your appointment day, we respectfully ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
